Information you give us via our forms, the Growth Scorecard or the Journal signup (typically name, work email, company, and what you tell us about your growth challenge); and analytics and technical data collected automatically via cookies, subject to your consent.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries and provide the services you request (legitimate interests / pre-contract steps), to send Journal content you subscribed to (consent), to deliver your Scorecard results, to run and improve our website (consent for analytics), and to meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use trusted processors to run our business — our website host (Hostinger), our cookie-consent tool (CookieYes) and our email provider (Google Workspace); website enquiry forms are handled on our own site via Fluent Forms. Some may process data outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose where required by law.
